Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
